Session For Professional Development

Flex events are scheduled the week before the semester begins in August and January and focus on issues related to teaching and learning. They are open to faculty and staff.

College Hour events occur Thursdays from 12:15pm - 1:15pm during the semester and are open to everyone (students, employees, and community members). College Hour is regularly recorded by Audio Visual Services and broadcast on ARC\'s YouTube channel. Occasionally, College Hour programs are filmed and/or aired by the Sacramento Educational Cable Consortium.

Other, non-College Hour events during the semester focus on issues related to teaching and learning, similar to events scheduled during Flex Days. They are open to faculty and staff.
